Fruit Bar Colada:
- 180 g dates
- 160 g coconut flakes
- 35 g dried pineapple
- 25 g dried bananas
- 15 g dried mango
How it goes:
Now you need a heavy appliance: use a food processor to mix all the ingredients until you get a moist, crumbly mass. It should be a little sticky when pressed, that's how it should be. Line a baking pan with cling film and put the mixture in. Now press down firmly with another layer of cling film, ideally with the bottom of a glass. Put the pan in the fridge for about an hour and then cover the almost finished bars with baking wafers. Now it gets tricky: turn the pan out onto a board and repeat the process with the wafers. Now cut the bars into the desired size. The perfect toddler snack is ready.
