Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied or need help with the right size, please feel free to contact info@cosyroots.de and we will help you immediately.

Returns are possible within 14 days without any problem. The items must of course be unworn and unwashed and must not show any signs of wear. We can only exchange the shoes if we receive them back in the original cotton bag. Please note that sets can only be exchanged as complete sets and not individual items from the sets. Please also make sure that the gift boxes do not show any signs of wear, otherwise we will have to charge you a processing fee of €3.50 for the box. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning the items.

It’s so easy to send your items back to us:

1. Carefully package any items you wish to return. Please return your items in their original, unused condition and packaging.
2. Fill out the cancellation form and enclose it in the package. Please include your full name and order number. You can go directly to the cancellation form here , or you can also find it in your order confirmation.
3. Send the package back to our warehouse and remember to ask the post office for the receipt and tracking number.

If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.

Refunds:

Once we have received the return, we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

If you would like to complain about an item, please contact us at: info@cosyroots.de. Please send us the order number and a photo of the item you would like to complain about.
