For the dough, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, oil and 320 ml water with a mixer. Form balls from the mixture and place in the wells of a muffin tin. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.

To prepare our vegan version of the pizza snails that you probably know, vegan puff pastry is a must. Combine the puff pastry with pesto or tomato paste and then top it as you wish. With just a few ingredients, this finger food will quickly become your absolute favorite recipe and should not be missing at any celebration.
What you need:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 180 ml non-dairy milk
- 60ml of water
- 120 g chickpea flour
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 250 ml BBQ sauce
How it goes:
Cut the washed cauliflower into small florets. Mix the plant-based milk with the water, chickpea flour and spices in a bowl to create a thick mixture. Dip each floret into the mixed ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Now you can bake the vegan version of the wings in the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Now brush the finished florets with the BBQ sauce before putting them in the oven for another 20 minutes. Other barbecue sauce goes well with this, but also ajvar, garlic dip or a delicious tomato pesto.
